• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves.

If an account is terminated due to a serious violation, twc reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements and to reject withdrawal requests linked to fraudulent activity. For terminations initiated by the member or for neutral reasons, valid cash balances will be refunded upon completion of all required reviews.
